Shipping Policy

We have currently removed SingPost delivery from our store, and we've added self collection to replace SingPost service. we are also reducing the minimum order to $45 to get free door-step delivery.

we are using third-party courier service such as Qxpress & NinjaVan for trackable and safer options.

Current lead times for delivery is 2-5 days depending on item in your orders.

Brands that require more time for us to deliver your orders are as such:

These brands are usually will take additional 1-2 days to retrieve your order from our warehouse. However, we will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.


Other than mentioned brands above, items are usually ship out the next day and expecting the parcel to arrive 1 day after scheduled courier pick up.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange of products is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Treats For Paws sales are final and non refundable. however, kindly drop us an email regarding your issues.

Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery. If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately, together with a short description and a photo image of the product.

Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the delivered date. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for refunding your item. We encourage shoppers to mail the items back through registered postage, because we are not responsible of any lost mail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will deducted from your refund.

Returned item must be brand new/unused/in the original state, together with the tag if applicable, otherwise an exchange/refund will not be valid.

Once returned item has been received, we will inspect it, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will mail back the exchange product within 2 working day, and postage fee, this time, will be bared by us.
