Singapore Local Delivery

Non-Frozen Items
Order $59 and above to get free door-step delivery (except for remote areas). For orders below $59, a flat delivery fee of $5 applies.

Frozen Food
Frozen Foods require a special handling delivery, please read carefully before you place the order.
Deliver within 1-3 working days from 2-6pm on WED-SAT ONLY. If you require other delivery timing or specific weekdays please leave a message at check out.

Delivery Time

Deliveries are from Mon - Sat for Non Frozen Items and Wed - Sat for Frozen Foods (excluding PH eve & PH). For urgent orders, you can contact us for a special arrangement at a fee ($10-$30 depends on your location).

Out of stock items

If one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You can make changes to your order or request for a full refund.

However, do note that if the order amount becomes less than $59, a flat $5 delivery fee applies.

International Delivery

Available automatic weights shipment for certain country. however, if the items fall above the stated weight, we will contact you for further details or necessary action if required.

After we received your order, we will send you a confirmation email, please acknowledge the email by simply replying back the email we sent. If no reply received, order will be cancelled and there will be 10% restocking fees.

For other international Shipping please email or WhatsApp us with the item(s) that you would like to purchase together with your delivery address. We will get back to you within 2-5 working day with a delivery cost and estimated transit time.

Singapore Delivery Lead Times

Current lead times for delivery is 2-5 days depending on item in your orders.

Some items are usually will take additional 1-7 days to retrieve your order from our warehouse. However, we will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.

Most of our items are usually ship out the next day and expecting the parcel to arrive 1-3 working days after courier pick up scheduled (except Weekends, PH eve & PH). Fulfilment time will be cut off at 12PM daily.

International Lead Times

International Shipping will take a minimum of 10 working days and subjected to delay due to peak seasons or other reasons. You will receive shipping notification on your email once we shipped out your order. You can use the tracking to track your order.

We are not responsible of any delay caused by the transit and any lost parcel by your local delivery service.

Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Overseas shipment are not be able to be cancelled or refund after order is confirmed. when you purchased from overseas, this clause is covered under our terms & conditions before you check out.

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags INTACT not cut off, with plastic wrapping (if any and unopened) and in its original packaging (NO furs, NO scratch, NO stain, NO tear).
  • Any of the tags, or wrapping must be unopened, good condition meaning not torn and damages (NO furs, NO scratch, NO stain, NO tear).
  • We are not be able to process if your item is purchased during clearance, pop-up, live streaming, bundles, with gift card, pre-order or received as gift.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and within 7 days after the delivery delivered dates.

NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ANY WEARABLES ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING CARRIER), BED, PERISHABLES ITEMS LIKE FOOD, TREATS, SUPPLEMENTS, ANY LIQUID OR BALM ITEMS.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do contact us directly to WhatsApp us within 7 days after the delivery date. we will not be able to do any exchange/refund if it is more than 7 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats, supplements & other food related), wearables accessories (such as leash, collars, harness, carrier, etc) and personal care goods (such as liquid / balm product) & Bed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, preordered or gift cards and any goods that is not in original shape.

An Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Once we received the return parcel, we will make changes on your current order and update you the status of the exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return after 3-14 working days and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after deducting 10% restocking fees & delivery fees.

How much will you get back?

Adored Beast Leaky Gut Protocol (5 Product Kit) | Feline

Leaky Gut Syndrome can be at the core of many different conditions, including skin disease, a compromised immune system, food allergies, digestive problems, ear infections or any common health condition that comes from an inflammatory disorder.

This protocol provides simple steps to aid in healing your adored beast.

Protocol consists of:

 Anti-Vaccinosis (Initial 2 Day Regime) 15 ml liquid

 Liver Tonic (Support/Detoxifier) 60 ml liquid

 Healthy Gut (Digestive Enzyme/Pre &Probiotic) 41 g powder

 Feline Gut Soothe (Anti-inflammatory) 46 g powder

• Gut Seal (Strengthener) 30 ml liquid

Note: if your dog has a sensitive stomach it is recommended that Healthy Gut is given at 1/2 the recommended dose over the course of 1-2 weeks.

Ingredients:

  • Healthy Gut: ox bile substance, papain, betaine hcl, bromelain, pancreatin, larch arabinogalactan, multi-strain probiotic blend.

Directions:

PRE-STEP: READY
Rebalancer
Directions: Give 4 pumps (0.5 ml) twice a day for two (2) days only.
Mix with a tablespoon of wet food.
After completing the 2-day pre-step (Rebalancer), begin steps 1-2-3-4 at the same time. The products in steps 1-2-3-4 (Liver Tonic, Healthy Gut, Feline Gut Soothe & Gut Seal) can be given in food together at the same time, as directed.

STEP 1: REMOVE
Liver Tonic
Directions: Twice a day give 1/4 drooper (0.25ml) to your cat.
Squirt the liquid directly into your cat's mouth or add it to their food. Give daily until the bottle is finished.

Contamination warning: 
do not allow dropper to make contact with mouth.

STEP 2: REBALANCE
Healthy Gut
Directions: Twice a day give 1/32 TSP with your cat's food.

STEP 3: REPLENISH

Gut Seal
Directions: Add to food, four (4) pumps per day. Administer daily until bottle is finished.

Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

FAQ

Will my pet be on the Leaky Gut Protocol for life?

Many animals achieve the desired symptom resolution or relief with just one kit. Other pets with deeper issues may require ongoing support or multiple kits. You should see gradual improvement as long as you are using it, but if the improvement stops or condiotions appear to be worsening, then you may need to use the Yeasty Beast Protocol and then go back to the Leaky Gut. When your animal improves completely on the protocol then it is always a good idea to do one protocol a year to help keep the gut in prime condition.

Do I have to stop using all other medications for allergies (Atopica, Apoquel, etc)?

While you continue to use drugs you will continue to create damage, BUT you can't just stop any drugs cold turkey! We believe that a slow decrease (so as not to shock the body) is best, BUT please always check with your vet with any drugs your animal is on to be sure they are compatible and to find out how to wean off of them.

How long until I see changes?

This depends on a number of things:

  • How long your animal has been ill

  • How much medication he or she has been on

  • If you are supporting them with nutritious whole real food and not processed food

We have seen animals improve in 1 week and some animals taking one month to show improvement.

What will changes look like?

Here is whole list of positive changes:

  • Increased energy

  • Deeper, more relaxed sleep

  • Less anxiety

  • Less joint pain

  • Less scratching

  • Faster healing

  • Less grumpy

  • Better hair coat

  • Healthier ears

  • Less reverse sneezing

Remember, the gut is in charge of so many things! What you think may be symptoms of leaky gut (ie. itchy skin or hotspots) are only what you physically see going on. The imbalance and trauma is deep below the surface and you may see other improvements before you see the skin symptoms getting better. If this happens (ie. your dog has more energy, is getting along better with other dogs, or is more engaged and happier) but the skin symptoms are the same, this can be a very good sign that things are improving deep down and that the gut is getting healthier and the skin will take a bit longer to show signs of improvement. Consider it almost like things are getting better from the inside out!

Will my pet's symptoms get worse before they get better?

If your animal has a very strong yeast infestation or overgrowth, a rapid die-off/detox can occur. In this case, we recommend switching to our Yeasty Beast Protocol then back to the Leaky Gut Protocol to support healing.

How do I tell if my dog has yeast and should I not start the Yeasty Beast Protocol first?

Good question! If your animal has ever been diagnosed with yeast in their ears or on their skin, the answer is YES! Doing the Yeasty Beast Protocol first will help to kill the yeast bacteria and then you would do the Leaky Gut Protocol to help to heal the damage they've done!

If your dog has a yeasty smell (dirty socks, stinky old cheese) then that's a strong indication of yeast and it would be helpful to start the Yeasty Beast first. 

But remember that yeast is so incredibly damaging to the gut and 9 times out of 10 your dog will also have leaky gut or gut trauma that needs support to be healed

How come I ran out of some of the products in the kit? Do I keep giving the rest?

This is because the powders serving sizes are based on body weight, whereas the tinctures and homeopathics aren't. We don't have a kit for weight ranges. Many folks find that they do not need to purchase an additional single Gut Seal and they just finish off each product as they run out, but if you are feeling like there is still some additional "work to be done" you can certainly purchase a single Gut Seal to keep going.  You would just need to contact woof@shopthepaw.com to purchase. It's not listed for individual sale on our website as it's only to be used in conjunction with the rest of the Leaky Gut Protocol ingredients.

Why do I use all the products but not the Anti Vaccinosis? I have so much left!

We included a large enough bottle for a few reasons:

1. Many times it is necessary to repeat this process up to 4-8 times. If you see that the Protocol initially helped but stalled, then it is helpful to repeat the Anti Vaccinosis the same way BUT you do NOT stop the rest of the Protocol. Simply add the Anti Vaccinosis back in twice a day for 2 days. If you see improvement you can repeat it every 2 weeks, up to 8 times AS LONG AS YOU SEE IMPROVEMENT EACH TIME, GIVE IT.

2. Even though we do NOT support continuing to vaccinate, some people choose to revaccinate. If this is the case, then there is plenty to redose. This product has a very long shelf life so if at any point you do vaccines you can use the product again.

3. If you have a multi-animal household and any of your animals have been vaccinated, it is a very supportive product and you can give it to any one of your furry family members to help with the long term side effects of vaccines!

Certain packagings are considered as choking hazard. Plastic packaging, hang tags and similar item should always be cut, removed and kept out of the reach of children, they are likely to ingest or chew on the parts.
