Are the toys washable? Yes,
Yes, we suggest hand-washing for some delicate toys or machine-washing the toys on gentle cycle and hang to air dry. You may also refer to the instruction tag from each toy.
Please don't bleach or use harsh chemicals when washing any pet toys or accessories. DO NOT DRY IN DRYER.
What are the materials of your toys?

Soft toys are made with new fabrics, each toys have different combination of cloth.

Squeakers are mostly made with non-toxic plastic and they are safe for pets.

Please aware that heavy chewer dog is not recommended to play with soft toys, as it will not last as long as hard toys.

Do not leave toys unsupervised at all times!

Are the products authentic?

Yes! Rest assured that all our products come from the supplier! it will come with official hang tags, label or the original brand packaging. when in doubt, please contact us!

Are the toys durable?

Every toys have their limits and no toys are indestructible.

Soft toys are meant for softer chewer dogs/cats
Hard toys are meant for heavier chewer dogs
Treats dispenser/puzzle toys/snuffle mats are meant to dispense treats or interactive play time. it is NOT a chew toys so please teach and show your dog or cat HOW TO PLAY with it first. it is pawrent responsibility to teach the pet how to play with different types of toys, especially when introducing new toys so they wont just attacking the toys or destroy it. pets are like babies, need guidance when come to new things.

Are the treats safe for pets?

All treats are to be fed as complimentary food, it is not to replace their main food. feed in moderation and it is definitely safe for all of them.

Single Ingredient means that it is only contain one ingredient. example beef jerky it only contain beef meat, nothing else.

When is the expiry of the products?

We ensure most of our products are new stocks and it is normally more than 6 months shelf life, for natural products like treats made in Singapore are normally 3-4 months best before dates, however it can last more than stated date if you kept it in freezer or fridge.

Best before dates are about quality

The food will be safe to eat after this date but may not be at its best. Its flavour and texture might not be as good, but it is still safe to eat.

Is there any free delivery service?

Yes, We offer free local courier door-step delivery for Singapore address with minimum purchase of $59.00, if order fall below $59.00 there will be a delivery fees of $5.00 apply upon check out.

For Overseas delivery, we have automated delivery fees calculated at check out, if you stay outside the zones we have, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp or Email us at woof@shopthepaw.com

When will i receive my orders?

Our local delivery (SG) will take about 1-3 working days after we fulfilled your order and picked up by our courier partner.

Delivery are from Monday - Saturday, except public holidays & sunday. There is no specific timing when will the delivery man deliver your parcel, if no one at home, the driver will drop you a messages or call you to ask for further instructions.

What if no one at home?

Don't worry, our delivery partner will do 3 attempts for your delivery. unless you rejected the delivery.

Order will be returned to us after 3 failed attempts. any re-delivery will subjected to re-delivery fees.

If order was returned to us, and you wish to cancel your order. delivery fees will be deducted and restocking fees from your order before we make the refund to you.

Delivery fees deductible is $5.00.

Can i make changes for my delivery address?

We can still change your delivery address if we haven't sent out your order. unfortunately, if we have sent out the order, we will not be able to make any changes of your order.

Please double check your details before submit your order, we are not responsible of any lost parcel due to wrong address provided.

Do you ship to overseas?

Yes, we do!

We have automated rate for selected country, if you stay outside the zones we have, please contact us with what would you like to order, your full address with clear postal code so we can help you check on the rates.

Important notes for overseas delivery.

Liquid items are not be able to ship overseas.

All orders are subjected to your local import tax and import regulations, please check with your custom regulation before placing order with us. We are not responsible with any confiscated parcel overseas.

All overseas delivery are subjected to delays. we are not responsible of any delay caused by the courier and any lost parcel.

How long is the pre-order take?

Pre-order listing subjected to the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), most of the listing will have the ETA stated in the descriptions, do check and read carefully.

Please understand that Pre-order ETA is just an estimated time, they may or may not be arrived on time. delay is expected. Please purchase when you are comfortable.
