Beyond Clean - Waterless No Rinse Shampoo | Catnip

Clean, disinfect, moisturise, deodorise and protect against fleas, ticks, and bugs all in one easy step with our uniquely formulated Waterless No Rinse Shampoo.

Designed to be used to keep your pet clean and smelling fresh quickly and easily in between their deep cleaning baths, our all-natural Waterless No Rinse Shampoo is a simple blend of organic Aloe Vera, Ecocert-approved natural cleanser, organic essential oils, and pet-safe disinfectant. pH balanced and safe for use on pets with no rinsing necessary.

Lemongrass, Sweet Orange, Cedarwood, and Catnip are effective natural deterrents to fleas, ticks, and bugs, and also help to reduce the presence of yeast, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. Formulated to be pH balanced and safe for cats and dogs.

Available as a 250ml spray (suitable for longer coats) or 200ml foaming dispenser (suitable for shorter coats).

Also available in:

Blends No. 1 (organic Lemongrass & Cedarwood)
Blends No. 2 (organic Sweet Orange & Cedarwood) which are suitable for dogs, and organic Catnip (suitable for both cats and dogs).

Organic Aloe Vera
(Aloe Barbadensis) Leaf Juice
For thousands of years, aloe vera has been known as a natural healing plant, known to be able to heal cuts, dry skin, and moisturize skin and hair/fur. Aloe is packed with polysaccharides and flavonoids with high antioxidant activities and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. We include organic Aloe Vera in our formula to treat a variety of skin conditions from flaky or dry skin, burns, scrapes, eczema, dandruff, psoriasis, and more.

Organic Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
(Cocos Nucifera) Oil
The history of Coconut oil is as old as 4000 years, with numerous documented historical applications of the edible and healing properties. The Sanskrit based Indian Ayurvedic medicine from 1500BC has recorded the use of coconut oil in virtually every area concerning the body, mind and spirit. Lauric Acid found naturally in Coconut Oil is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial.

Coconut Oil is known to help skin conditions for pets such as hot spots, bites, stings, or itchy, dry skin. Shampoos made with organic oils such as coconut oil can improve damaged skin and reduce allergens, eliminate pet odour, whilst having added benefits of improving the texture, rejuvenating, moisturising, and improving the natural glossiness of pet’s coats.

We use only top-quality sustainably grown organic fair trade 100% pure virgin cold-pressed coconut oil in our formulations for maximum benefit.

Organic Catnip
(Nepeta Cataria) Essential Oil
Catnip is a prized essential oil that is uniquely gentle and suitable for both Cats and Dogs. Catnip Essential Oil is naturally antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal. It is also highly effective as a bug repellent including fleas, ticks, flies, and mosquitos.

Cats love and go crazy over catnip as it can increase their energy, mood, and even calm their fragile feline nerves. Dogs dig Catnip too as it is not only safe for them, it is also good for them! Though catnip is a stimulant for cats, the plant has the opposite effect on dogs helping calm them down and to get them feeling relaxed.

Catnip Ingredients (suitable for cats and dogs): Aqua, Organic Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Ecocert Coconut Derived Cleanser, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Catnip (Nepeta Cataria), QAC (Pet Safe Disinfectant & Antiseptic)

Instructions

For foaming bottles (suitable for medium to short coats): Shake before use. Generously apply foam all over your pet’s coat, avoiding the eyes. Focus application on areas prone to a stronger natural smell, such as above hind legs, around ears, on and around the beard. Work through the coat with your fingertips and/or a brush, depending on the coat. For a more natural curl, use your fingertips only. Wipe off any excess with a mildly moist towel and allow to air dry naturally.

For spray bottles (suitable for long coats): Shake before use. Generously spray all over your pet’s coat, avoiding spraying directly into the eyes. Focus application on areas prone to a stronger natural smell, such as above hind legs, around ears, on and around the beard. Do not spray directly into ear. Work through the coat with your fingertips and/or a brush, depending on the coat. For a more natural curl, use your fingertips only. Wipe off any excess with a mildly moist towel and allow to air dry naturally.

Note: Avoid getting product into your pet’s eyes or ears. To wash your pet’s face do apply the foam on a clean washcloth.
For external use only, avoid eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice if swallowed.

We have currently removed SingPost delivery from our store, and we've added self collection to replace SingPost service. Order $50 and above to get free door-step delivery (except for remote areas). For orders below $50, a flat delivery fee of $5 applies.

Delivery Time
Deliveries are from Mon - Sat excluding PH eve & PH. For urgent orders, you can contact us for a special arrangement at a fee ($10-$20 depends on your location) or certain min. order applies for free urgent local delivery.

Out of stock items
If one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You can make changes to your order or request for a refund. However, do note that if the order amount becomes less than $50, a flat $5 delivery fee applies.

International Delivery
Available automatic weights shipment for certain country. however, if the items fall above the stated weight, we will contact you for further details or necessary action if required.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
(this is only applicable for Singapore Customers, not applicable for Overseas orders)

Overseas shipment are not be able to be cancelled or refund after order is fulfilled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at woof@shopthepaw.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, you must send it with paid & traceable delivery to us, because we are not responsible of lost mail. An Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do contact us directly to WhatsApp or e-mail us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats & other food related) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as liquid product). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Once return request is accepted, we will make changes on your current order, or you may wish to make another purchase for fast exchange process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return after 3-5 working days and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank / credit card company / GrabPay/ Hoolah/ etc to process and post the refund to you. If after 7-14 working days and have yet to receive your refund, please contact us again and we will check on your behalf with our payment provider company.
