Shark Skin Dental Chews Dog Treats
Shark Skin Dental Chews dog treats are natural and healthy pet treats, made from only Australian shark. Meaning there are no additives or preservatives which can be harmful to your pets. They are surprisingly tough and chewy, so should keep your pooch entertained. Chewing on these treats will also help remove tartar from your dog’s teeth and maintain healthy gums. They are ideal for dogs of all sizes though.
They are also rich in nutrients, such as protein, and omega 3, benefiting all parts of your dog, including the joints, skin, and muscle development.
All of our shark products are derived from North Queensland Blacktip Sharks or Australian Gummy Sharks. They are both highly common sharks in Australia. Caught using sustainable practices in accordance with the Australian Fisheries Regulations.
We ensure no endangered sharks are used in our products. The sharks used in our products are deemed “Least Concern” by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.
Please also note these fish caught for human consumption. Often referred to as flake in fish and chip shops. We mainly use the non-human consumption leftovers which would otherwise be discarded. Therefore nothings wasted. We do not catch endangered sharks to use just their fins, tails or skin for dog products! We use the leftovers of common sustainably fished Australian shark used for human consumption.

Singapore Local Delivery
We have currently removed SingPost delivery from our store, and we've added self collection to replace SingPost service.
Order $50 and above to get free door-step delivery (except for remote areas). For orders below $50, a flat delivery fee of $5 applies.
Deliveries are from Mon - Sat. For urgent orders, you can contact us for a special arrangement at a fee or certain min. order applies for free urgent delivery.
Out of stock items
If one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You can make changes to your order or request for a refund.
However, do note that if the order amount becomes less than $50, a flat $5 delivery fee applies.
Available automatic weights shipment for Australia & Malaysia. however, if the items fall above the stated weight, we will contact you for further details.
For other international Shipping please email us with the item(s) that you would like to purchase together with your delivery address. We will get back to you within 2 working day with a delivery cost and estimated transit time.
Alternatively, if you have your forwarder, you may use your forwarder too.
Please Note that liquid items are not be able to ship out from Singapore.
Delivery Lead Times
Current lead times for delivery is 2-5 days depending on item in your orders.
Some products may take extra 1-2 days to retrieve your order from our warehouse. However, we will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, you must send it with paid & traceable delivery to us, because we are not responsible of lost mail. An Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats & other food related) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as liquid product). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return after 3 working days and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
