The My Fluffy Hidden Bag was designed with the idea of "Where is a basic mobile bag like mine?", which is stylist for everyday, rather than a self-assertive carrying bag that says "It's a dog bag.
It is not only comfortable, but also modern and simple, so it can be used even when you are not with pets.
Solid floor and flexible shape
The bottom of My Fluffy Hidden Bag has a soft cushion and a built-in hard plate, so your pet can comfortably rest in the bag.
The four sides of the bag have a built-in 5mm sponge that maintains its shape, but it is flexibly transformed to the natural wrinkles that occur during use.
Hidden comfort, hidden strap
Concealed hidden straps can be buckled for cross-wear. The width of the shoulder pad is 9.5cm, which spreads the weight by touching many areas of the shoulder, and has a built-in 5oz microfibre.
When not in use, it can be folded and secured to the band in the hidden pocket for storage.
Light weight + fluffy pad
The light weight of 0.67kg reduces the weight on the shoulder as much as possible. The shoulder strap has a double layer of 5mm sponge that provides a soft cushioning feeling and relieves pressure on the shoulders to provide comfort.
4 open pockets, ample storage capacity
The curved shoulder strap provides generous open pockets with natural folds . The wide open pocket allows for comfortable storage of pets and owner's items with excellent storage capacity .
The hidden cushion, which is a basic component, has two 2mm hard plates and an 8mm reinforcement built in, so it can be used stably even with two 4kg dumbbells.
Breathable + mesh
The premium mesh with excellent breathability and see-through properties provides a comfortable feeling even when all zippers are closed, and the soft texture allows pets to stay comfortably in the bag.
Rock Slider + Safety Hook
A rock slider was used to prevent pets from pushing the zipper on their head. It will not open even if the zipper is pushed back, and it can be opened only by holding the slider head by hand and pulling the slider for safe use, and a safety hook that can be connected to the build in chest strap.
Easy and comfortable design
The built-in hidden cushion can be used softly by laying it on the floor like a portable pillow inside the bag, or it can be taken out and used as a cushion, so that pets can comfortably lean on it when you are walking.
When the hidden cushion is taken out and used, simply slip it to the outer band to fit the cushion.
It is a material that is more resistant to contamination by applying PU coating to a light and durable 100% polyester material. Use it comfortably with a waterproof and antifouling fabric
Hidden pocket inside
Zippered pockets are designed on both sides of the inside of the bag , so you can store important items or put an ice pack in the pocket help to control the body temperature of your pet.
My Fluffy Hidden Bag can be used up to 8kg and is the most suitable size for 3~6kg pets.
For pets over 6kg, please check the back length and height.
For pets weighing less than 2.5kg, the space in the bag may feel a little extra space. With adding the cushion may help to fill up the space for them.

The hidden bag comes with a detachable hidden cushion . Friends over 3kg can use it comfortably with only the built-in hidden cushion.

If you are concerned about the size, please compare the size of your pet with A3 paper (2 sheets of A4 = A3 paper) . You can use up to 8kg in weight, but it is best to check the height and back length of your pet rather than the weight only.

We have currently removed SingPost delivery from our store, and we've added self collection to replace SingPost service. Order $50 and above to get free door-step delivery (except for remote areas). For orders below $50, a flat delivery fee of $5 applies.

Deliveries are from Mon - Sat excluding PH eve & PH. For urgent orders, you can contact us for a special arrangement at a fee ($10-$20 depends on your location) or certain min. order applies for free urgent local delivery.
Out of stock items
If one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You can make changes to your order or request for a refund. However, do note that if the order amount becomes less than $50, a flat $5 delivery fee applies.

Available automatic weights shipment for certain country. however, if the items fall above the stated weight, we will contact you for further details or necessary action if required.
For other international Shipping please email us with the item(s) that you would like to purchase together with your delivery address. We will get back to you within 2-5 working day with a delivery cost and estimated transit time.
Alternatively, if you have your forwarder, you may use your forwarder too.
Please Note that liquid items are not be able to ship out from Singapore. For Pet Supplements & treats, do check with us before you place order.
Delivery Lead Times
Current lead times for delivery is 2-5 days depending on item in your orders.
Some items are usually will take additional 1-2 days to retrieve your order from our warehouse. However, we will try our best to ship out as soon as possible.
Most of our items are usually ship out the next day and expecting the parcel to arrive 1-2 day after courier pick up scheduled. Fulfilment time will be cut off at 2PM daily. PH eve, PH or weekends are not counted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
(this is only applicable for Singapore Customers, not applicable for Overseas orders)
Overseas shipment are not be able to be cancelled or refund after order is fulfilled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, you must send it with paid & traceable delivery to us, because we are not responsible of lost mail. An Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, do contact us directly to WhatsApp or e-mail us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as treats & other food related) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as liquid product). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once return request is accepted, we will make changes on your current order, or you may wish to make another purchase for fast exchange process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return after 3-5 working days and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank / credit card company / GrabPay/ Hoolah/ etc to process and post the refund to you. If after 7-14 working days and have yet to receive your refund, please contact us again and we will check on your behalf with our payment provider company.
