Four Leaf Rover Bovine Colostrum is the first milk from happy, healthy cows. When mammals are born, their mothers produce a special pre-milk fluid called colostrum in the first few days after birth. Colostrum provides important nutrients to promote growth and strengthen immunity in babies.

Colostrum is collected after the first 12 hours of birth and within a 36-hour time frame when the Colostrum is at its peak. Calves alone receive it during the first 12 hours, then it’s shared for collecting. Calves are not separated from their mothers during this process because the quality and quantity of the milk increase when a cow is allowed to raise her calf.

Four Leaf Rover Bovine Colostrum is a powdered form of bovine first milk. It comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised, antibiotic-free & rBGH growth hormone-free cows, raised in a small organic dairy co-operative.

How do i give my dog colostrum?

You can add Colostrum directly to your dog’s food but it’s best given at least 20 minutes before meals for better absorption. You can mix it with a small amount of spring water, organic kefir or plain yogurt. Since it’s a part of “Mother’s Milk”, most dogs are happy to eat it and enjoy the flavor.
